Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under specific conditions. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery (typically within 14 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

The item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
The product is significantly different from its description

To request a return or refund, you must contact us at Info@aurevence.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
 

Refund Processing, Exchanges & Non-Refundable Cases

Once your return is approved and the item is received or verified, refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind or personal preference after ordering
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in original      condition (when a return is required)

- We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests.
