Processing Time
All orders placed through Aurevence are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, delivery takes between 7–12 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues that are outside of our control. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking, Issues & Contact
